Approved fact

Every sentence traces to something you approved.

01One approved record
Upload a DOCX or PDF, run a scan through local OCR, or paste your master resume. Review the extracted roles, dates, skills, credentials, and achievements once; every future application draws on that approved record.
02Evidence before wording
Each job description is read as requirements, and each requirement is mapped to your approved claims before a single sentence is composed. Gaps become at most three optional questions, never improvisation.
03Independent factual review
A fresh reviewer that never saw the drafting step compares every sentence of the finished resume against your approved facts. Unsupported numbers, titles, technologies, and ownership verbs are corrected or blocked.
04Checked files
PDF and DOCX exports are mechanically verified after rendering: text extraction, reading order, page count, glyph coverage, and clipping. If the file would parse badly, it does not ship.
How it works

From upload to download.

  1. Approve your career record once

Ten minutes of review replaces per-application vigilance. Correct extraction errors, confirm dates and credentials, and delete anything you do not want used.

  2. Paste the job description

Company and title are inferred and editable. Add an optional note about why this role matters to you; it feeds the cover letter, never invented enthusiasm.

  3. Answer up to three questions, or skip them

When the posting demands something your record almost covers, you get one short batch of questions. Skipping them is always allowed; guessing on your behalf is not.

  4. Review, edit, download

Inspect any sentence to see the fact behind it. Edit inline, reorder blocks, switch templates, then download PDF, DOCX, or a ZIP packet with the paired cover letter.

Why constraint beats vigilance

Most AI resume tools hand you a fluent draft and make the truth your problem: you proofread every line, every time, hoping to catch the upgraded job title or the metric that appeared from nowhere. Fabrications read exactly as smoothly as your real accomplishments, which is why skimming does not catch them.

We invert that. The truth work happens once, when you approve your career record, and the system enforces it from then on: generation is constrained to approved facts, an independent review checks the output sentence by sentence, and a claim that cannot be traced to your record blocks export instead of shipping quietly. You read the result for tone and emphasis, not for lies.

Questions

Answered plainly.

How long does one tailored resume take?

A few minutes once your career record is approved. The one-time record review itself typically takes about ten minutes, most of it reading facts extracted from your own resume.

Will it add keywords from the job description?

It adopts the employer's terminology only where your approved record demonstrates the same capability. It never grafts technologies or skills you have not listed, and there is no keyword score to chase.

Can I edit the result?

Yes, freely: inline text edits, reordering, adding and deleting blocks, template switching, spacing and type-size controls. Manual edits are unlimited and never consume credits. A substantive new fact you type gets one confirmation step so your record stays truthful.

What file formats do I get?

PDF rendered from controlled HTML, DOCX built as native OOXML, or both in a ZIP packet alongside the cover letter. Every file passes mechanical parsing checks before download.

We use ATS-friendly structure and parser checks, but do not claim universal ATS scores, guaranteed rankings, or interview guarantees. No honest tool can.
