ATS resume checker

Align your resume with the job description, not a fake score.

Most ATS checkers sell you a percentage against an applicant tracking system they cannot actually see. We check the two things that are real and verifiable: whether your resume matches the job's requirements with your true evidence, and whether the file parses cleanly.

Requirement-to-evidence mapping

Every requirement in the posting is matched to the real skills and achievements in your record, so the right keywords are present because you earned them.

Parse checks on the real file

Text extraction, reading order, headings, glyphs, and page fit are verified after rendering, on the actual PDF or DOCX you will send.

No keyword stuffing

Language from the posting is adopted only where your record supports it. No hidden white text, no skills you do not have.

No made-up match score

We refuse the fake percentage. A number against a black box you cannot inspect optimizes the wrong thing.

Single reading order

One column, standard headings, letter page size. The layout choices that most often break parsers are simply not options here.

Re-check after edits

Edit, switch templates, and the checks run again before you can download a broken file.

01What an ATS actually does
Most applicant tracking systems extract text from your file and organize applications for human recruiters. Files fail when the text is not really text, the reading order is ambiguous, or glyphs go missing. Those are the failure modes we target and verify.
02Why we do not score you
A universal match score measures the scoring tool, not any real employer's configuration. Vendors and settings differ, and most systems surface applications to people rather than auto-rejecting on formatting. So we check what can be checked and skip the theatre.
03How alignment works here
Paste the job description. Requirements are mapped to your approved evidence, gaps become at most three optional questions, and the tailored resume uses the employer's terminology only where it is true for you.

ATS keywords, without the games

Keyword alignment is real: if a posting asks for skills you have, those words should appear where they belong. The problem is the industry turned that into a game of stuffing invisible text and chasing a score. That gets resumes flagged and, worse, gets people into interviews they cannot back up.

The honest version is simpler. Map the job's requirements to your genuine evidence, use the employer's language where your record earns it, and verify the file parses. That is the whole job of an ATS checker, and it is the part that actually helps.

Questions

Answered plainly.

Do you give my resume an ATS score?

No. Universal match scores measure the scoring tool, not any employer's real system. We map requirements to your evidence and verify the file parses instead of inventing a percentage.

How do you check ATS keywords?

Requirements from the posting are matched to the real skills and achievements in your approved record, so relevant keywords appear where they are true. No stuffing, no invented experience.

What does the parse check verify?

That the export contains selectable, extractable text in one reading order, with standard headings, complete glyphs, and no clipping or overflow. Failures block the download.

Can you guarantee I pass an employer's ATS?

No, and neither can anyone honest. Systems differ by vendor and configuration. We say ATS-friendly and parse-checked, never ATS-proof.

ATS implementations vary. We say ATS-friendly, parse-checked, and format-checked, never ATS-proof, and we do not sell match scores or guaranteed rankings.
