What we process

We process resume sources, approved career records, job descriptions, application notes, and generated documents only to provide the service. Contact details are removed before model requests and inserted during rendering.

Retention and deletion

You can delete original resume sources after approving your career record. Active records remain until deletion; free and cancelled artifacts are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Account deletion revokes access and queues database and private-object deletion.

Analytics

Analytics and error reports must not contain document text, employer names, job descriptions, or contact details. Marketing consent is separate and off by default.
